On Site Survey
An operative of Choppa Tree Services will meet you at the requested work site and go through the job in hand with you.
We will look at:
The type of trees and their specific requirements,
The condition/health of the trees,
The Work you request,
Any access routes, dangers, hazards, etc
Any restrictions that should be considered (ie TPO''s, Conservation, Wildlife, etc)
Written Quote
Once our operatives have written up their findings, you will receive a free no obligation quote with a detailed specification of the work we recommend. The quote will be specific to you and have a unique reference number on it.
Confirmation
Acceptance of our quote can be made by either telephone, email or by post. Your unique reference number will make this process simple and efficient. If replying by post or email sign/enter your name and date in the space provided and return Once we have received your confirmation of acceptance, Choppa Tree Services will liase with your local authority, to check whether any Tree Preservation or Conservation Orders exist. If so Choppa Tree Services will complete the relevent paperwork on your behalf before the work can begin. We will then arrange a date for the work to commence that suits you.
The Work
On the date agreed for work to commence, our Arborists and groundsmen will arrive at a time which can be specified by you if necessary. The team leader on that day will liaise closely with you before, during and after the work has been carried out, to ensure that everything is completed correctly and to your satisfaction. All our Arborists are skilled, courteous professionals, who have gained NPTC qualifications in Maintaining and using chainsaws, Felling Trees, Climbing, use of chainsaws up a tree, and Aerial Rescue as a minimum.
Customer Satisfaction
Our operatives will : Contact you on arrival and discuss the work with you.
Move any breakables, hazards, obstructions to ensure the safest possible work area.
Carry out the works as detailed in the written specification.
Take care of surrounding areas/features.
Ensure all cuttings and waste are removed and the site is left clean and tidy.
Check with you that you are completely satisfied before leaving the site.
